Faith has had a strong safety record during its 20 plus year history with the number of OSHA reportable incidents well below industry averages of 3.8 incidents per 100 employees per year. Faith has accomplished this through the implementation of a comprehensive injury and illness prevention program, use of hands on management, strong safety training, and a focus on best practices. Faith has also recently added a dedicated VP of Safety to ensure it maintains and improves its safety record.
In addition to its QA policies, procedures, and compliance monitoring, Faith has implemented a balanced scorecard which is aligned with the key metrics tracked by the large Southern California Utilities. These metrics are grouped into 5 key categories including safety, throughput, output, quality, and customer service/satisfaction.
