Faith consistently dedicates time to keeping our team up to date on the most recent QA standards. We deliver this training on a weekly basis for the field and office employees and in addition to our QA policies, procedures, and compliance monitoring, we have implemented a balanced scorecard which is aligned with the key metrics tracked by the large Southern California Utilities.
